A transpersonal energetics course : Two days to be together holding consciousness. There have been many deep shifts in many of you and it is time to start from there. As always we will practice moving from your knowing when facing the world in a creative and powerful way, trusting your own aware self and living from here.

This is a full transpersonal training programme which is integrally informed. The body will be your ground and base as you learn to contain and navigate more intense levels of energy. In this course you develop subtle levels of awareness and intuition. You learn and are encouraged tostep out of your story and perceive reality directly. This creates a safe super learningand healing environment. This course is leading edge both confronting ouroutdated habitual modes and opening up unthinkable possibilities for connectionand action. 6 Modules and 5 Homework sessions.

We will use jesse’s workof 35 years and may draw on Ken Wilber, Chris O’rielly, Andrew Cohen, John DeRuiter, Thich Nhat Hanh, CharlotteJoko Beck, Jack Kornfield and some of the leading Neuro Scientists in braindevelopment.
